  My son and I joined Barrier Island Kayaks for an excellent and exhilarating ecotour to Bear Island, ‪one of the few undeveloped barrier islands off the coast of NC and part of the Hammocks Beach State Park. We had a great time, and Tom Patterson was a fantastic guide. If you're on the Crystal Coast I highly recommend Barrier Island Kayaks!
