  I go to this dunkin donuts every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and am consistently disappointed in the customer service. Today I watched two girls behind the counter laughing and joking with each other and not so much as a hello or be right with you to me or another customer that ended up walking out. Not that they even new they lost a customer because they were to busy in their own conversation. Get it together DD. This is why Starbucks can be more expensive and will always be better. They understand the value of good customer service. Stop hiring B team employees DD.

  Comparable to most Dunkin donuts. Nice dining area and great for late studying. Need to work on customer service training to better equip staff to engage with customers.
